Bjerck Restaurant & Bar is a concept started by Adam Bjerck and his friends. Adam has been a part of the Norway’s National Culinary Team as one of the chefs, and his passion for bringing great food adventures to the people has now made him fulfill his lifelong dream of starting his own restaurant.
